About CGMCompound Growth Marketing, LLC (CGM) works with high growth SaaS companies to help them stand-up demand generation strategies (SEO, SEM, paid acquisition), funnel automation/conversion, and marketing analytics. Over the past two years, CGM has seen strong growth and is looking to continue that growth by bringing new people onto the team.CGM is looking for an analytical-minded person with a pragmatic approach to prioritization, and experience in a demand generation setting. We bring a unique perspective to our work because we are not career consultants. We've been in-house and dealt with sales teams and understand the need for quality leads.The primary focus for this role will be managing, executing and optimizing paid social media campaigns across multiple clients, and focusing on getting our clients results at scale.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, building, and managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta, etc.)Monitor daily campaign performance and pacing; adjust targeting, budgets, and creatives as neededAnalyze performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunitiesSupport in creating A/B tests for creative, copy, and audience targetingUnderstand platform, campaign, creative and content best practices working with in house and client teams to ensure alignment Prepare performance reports and insights for client presentationsStay current with paid media trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovationsManage and maintain ad accounts, ensuring tracking and pixels are properly set upQualifications1-2 years of experience in paid social media (agency experience preferred)Hand on experience working in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Reddit and X, (not all are required but LinkedIn experience preferred) Strong analytical skills with comfort using performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS)Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platformsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communicationPassion for digital marketing, trends, and creative storytellingB2B campaign experience Nice to HaveExperience with paid search or programmatic platformsFamiliarity with creative testing and ad design best practicesUnderstanding of conversion tracking and pixel setupProficiency with reporting tools such as Looker Studio or SupermetricsWhy You'll Love Working HereCollaborative, creative, and growth-oriented environmentOpportunity to work with a wide range of brands and industriesOngoing training and professional developmentFlexible work options (remote/hybrid depending on role)Competitive compensation and benefitsBenefitsCompetitive SalaryHealthcareCo-working stipendAll the gear you need to get the job done
