Their Performance Marketing team is dedicated to helping online retailers scale profitably through world-class paid media strategy, creative testing, and data-driven optimization.They’re expanding their offshore team in the Philippines and looking for a performance-driven digital marketer who’s passionate about learning, experimenting, and growing with global eCommerce accounts.About the RoleAs a Paid Social Media Specialist (eCommerce Accounts), you’ll manage paid social campaigns for multiple eCommerce brands — primarily across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with exposure to TikTok and Pinterest. You’ll work closely with senior strategists to execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable business results.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who’s already managed several brands or accounts in a fast-paced digital agency environment and is ready to take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution.Work hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sydney TimeWork set-up: RemoteHolidays to Observe: Philippine HolidaysWhat you’ll doCampaign Execution: Build, launch, and optimize Paid Social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest for 6–10 eCommerce brands.Performance Optimization: Monitor performance daily and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets to achieve key metrics (MER, CAC, CPA, ROAS, CLTV).Creative Testing: Upload new creatives, run A/B tests, and provide clear creative feedback and direction to designers.Collaboration: Work closely with internal strategists, designers, and client teams to align campaign strategy with brand goals.Reporting & Insights: Analyze campaign data, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and propose actionable insights.Industry Awareness: Stay up to date on emerging trends, ad formats, and best practices in the eCommerce and social advertising space.Job requirementsWhat You Bring3–4 years of hands-on Paid Social experience, preferably from a digital marketing or performance agency.Proven experience managing multiple eCommerce clients or brands simultaneously.Strong command of Meta Ads Manager (ABO, CBO, ASC) and campaign scaling best practices.Familiarity with Shopify and eCommerce performance metrics (AOV, ROAS, MER).Proficiency in data interpretation using Excel / Google Sheets.Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).Creative thinker with an analytical mindset and proactive attitude.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or any related field.Bonus: Exposure to TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or Google Analytics.Don't meet every requirement?
