Apply now!Paid Social SpecialistIn this role, you will be managing NA-KD’s Paid Social channel with the goal of improving our social media presence and brand awareness through implementing A/B tests and using the newest marketing products. As the Paid Social Specialist, your collaboration with different teams, and understanding of branding, will be crucial. In this role you will be reporting to the Head of Sales.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging our paid social channels together with external agencyMonitoring brand awareness and increasing it based on YoY metricsMonitoring and reporting the performance of our paid social channelsBriefing the content that we use in our paid channels to our content production team and having regular creative testsStaying up to date with the newest tools and products in paid social channels to improve our efficiency in both lower and upper-funnel activitiesYour Skills & Qualifications2 years of hands-on experience in a similar Paid Social role.Experience in A/B testing and basic knowledge of statisticsExcellent project management skills and analytical thinkingBasic knowledge of Meta Business Suits, TikTok Ads, GA4, Google sheets and Google Analytics.Able to approach challenges with a calm mindset and effective problem-solving, even in high-pressure situations and when working with tight deadlines.Interested in the fashion industryFluency in EnglishWhat We OfferGlobal environmentPersonal and professional developmentFreedom to add value/make a differenceHybrid Remote policy A number of voluntary benefitsInterested in learning more about NA-KD, our culture, colleagues, and benefits?
