Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for backend services (Python, Pytest) and frontend (Js, Cypress);Collaborate closely with developers to define sufficient test coverage for new and existing features;Improve and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI or GitHub Actions), ensuring seamless test execution and reporting;Take ownership of testing activities: proactively clarify requirements, identify test scope, and raise quality concerns early;Contribute to the evolution of the overall test strategy and test architecture across services and user-facing applications. What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in QA automation with backend (Python + Pytest) and frontend (Cypress);Solid experience in building and maintaining test frameworks and test infrastructure;Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitLab/GitHub), including writing and managing test pipelines;Ability to work independently and take initiative in communicating with engineering and product teams;Strong analytical and debugging skills, with attention to detail and a quality-first mindset;Flexibility to work on different areas of the stack as needed and adapt to evolving priorities. Good-to-have: Experience with load or performance testing tools (e. g.
, Locust, k6, Artillery);Experience testing microservices, async workflows, or contract-based integrations;Familiarity with Allure, Playwright, or other modern test tooling.
