On-site emergency presence may be required with 2-hour notice.)Languages: English B2EU citizenship required with ability to obtain EU security clearance.Role Summary:The PAM Service Manager brings specific expertise in PAM platforms and services whether on-prem or in the Cloud with a focus on European sovereign providers. She/he has a strong experience in designing, deploying and maintaining each of the stack’s components. She/he will also support necessary adaptations required by the different customers having to accommodate the implementation of a Zero Trust Architecture. She/he will also ensure that the solutions and each of their components are delivered at the expected levels of security, reliability and availability at all times. Collaborating with the MSP team and customer representative, the PAM Service Manager will ensure that the service is designed and implemented in accordance with the Customer’s business needs and IT standards.Role Objectives: Regular review and assessment of the MSP team to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Development of a strategic roadmap proposal for the service, aligning with the Customer’s overall IT strategy and goals. Collaborative planning and decision-making with the MSP team to ensure that the service is designed and implemented to meet the Customer’s business requirements. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the operations to ensure that it continues to meet the Customer’s needs, SLAs and expectations Coordinating changes and governance with other technical stakeholders.Role Responsibilities: Provide expert technical assistance on PAM solutions, the setup of Zero Trust Architecture and related products or services that would need to be integrated with this platform (OSs, VPN solutions, IdPs, Security Token Services, hosting platforms including containerized environments, other security related solutions…) Participate in the formulation, planning and definition of project requirements, liaise with stakeholders and internal customers, participate in requirements gathering and communicate results. Develop a deep understanding of internal business processes, oversee their continuous improvement and manage service reliability. Supervise the portfolio of services delivered by the MSP team (documentation, deliverables, etc.) and its compliance with the customer and 3rd parties’ process/guidelines. Evaluate and implement security standards. Be responsible for defining the strategy and future direction of the Linux Hosting Service as IT supporting service to other IT services and final Information Systems, including identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement, and developing business cases for new initiatives and investments. Manage the PAM dependencies.Ensure documentation and knowledge management systems quality, development and maintenance to ensure that information about the PAM services and dependencies are up-to-date and readily available. Your ProfileMaster OR Bachelor + 2 years relevant experience per missing year (up to 5 years).10 years combined experience in Datacenter Infrastructure, OS management, and IT Operational Security (PAM, Secret Management, Crypto Services).5 years experience in IT Security Operational Services (PAM, Secret Management), including their automation. Knowledge of PrivX is an asset.CertificationsCertification in a Secret Management Platform (PrivX or ,.)Windows Certified Systems Engineer.ITIL Foundation certified.
