Responsibilities:
Managing a full recruitment cycle end-to-end (including in-depth HR interviews)Working closely with the hiring teams and becoming their trusted recruitment partnerRecommending effective and tailor-made recruiting strategies, targeting leaders and managers; supporting and coaching them to make the right hiring decisions aligned with our business needs.
RequirementsMinimum 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner at a tech company, working closely with R&D teams;Extensive full life-cycle recruiting experience, from A to ZA strong multitasker, with a passion for working a fast paced environmentClose familiarity with a wide array of sourcing strategies and tools;Great interpersonal and communication skills, and, of course, a head-to-toe team playerA creative thinker that will bring new and innovative solutions to the table; Fluent in English (i. e. -reading, writing and speaking)
