Aegis Worldwide is partnering with a national law firm with a collaborative, small-team atmosphere, looking for an experienced Business Paralegal to support its corporate and public finance practice. If you enjoy fast-paced transactional work and want a team that values your contributions, this role offers a strong mix of challenge and support. This position is on-site and can be based in either Atlanta or Macon.ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys on public finance, corporate, and credit market transactionsDraft, revise, and organize closing documents, resolutions, certificates, and bindersManage case calendars, deadlines, and electronic filesAssist with due diligence, checklists, disclosures, and post-closing documentationCoordinate with municipalities, financial advisors, underwriters, and clientsConduct legal and factual research (public records, property data, corporate filings)Requirements4+ years of paralegal experienceExperience with bond work, incentives, or tax-advantaged financing is a plusStrong writing, organization, and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable managing billable timeAbility to work independently and collaborativelyWhy ApplyEngaging, high-impact transactional workSupportive team cultureCompetitive pay and excellent benefits
