Paralegal – Fintech & Financial Services | Dubai, UAELocation: On-site | Type: Full-timeWe’re hiring a Paralegal to join the in-house legal team of a fast-scaling fintech and trading company in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced legal and executive leaders, supporting a business operating across multiple jurisdictions in the financial services sector.If you’re detail-oriented, commercially minded, and passionate about fintech and financial law — this role offers the chance to grow in a high-performance, international environment.What You’ll Be DoingDraft, review, and maintain a variety of legal documents including NDAs, service agreements, and partnership contracts.Support corporate governance activities — from company formations and licensing renewals to maintaining share registers and structure charts.Liaise with external counsel, regulators, and free zone authorities on filings and compliance submissions.Conduct legal and regulatory research related to fintech, brokerage, and investment operations.Manage document and contract databases, ensuring proper version control and archiving.Assist in due diligence, document verification, and execution processes.Prepare internal memos, summaries, and reports for management.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Law or related field (Paralegal certification preferred).2–5 years’ experience in an in-house legal or law firm role — ideally in fintech, brokerage, or financial services.Strong understanding of UAE free zone and international corporate structures.Exceptional attention to detail and strong drafting skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.Proficient in MS Office and legal document management tools.Excellent English communication skills (Arabic or French is a plus).Nice to HaveExperience with regulatory filings or liaising with regulators (e.g. SCA, FSC).Familiarity with AML/CFT or data protection frameworks.Exposure to brokerage operations, trading platforms, or PSP environments.Compliance certification (ICA, ACAMS, or similar).Why JoinCompetitive salary and annual performance bonus.Full visa and medical coverage.Professional growth within a fast-paced fintech that’s expanding globally.A culture that values precision, innovation, and continuous learning.
