Job Description:Integreon is seeking a full-time Paralegal / Specialist to join our fast-growing Law Enforcement Request (LER) team for our client, a global provider of e-commerce, cloud computing, and technology services. As a member of the LER team, you will manage the intake, review, processing, and production of sensitive legal requests from domestic and international law enforcement agencies. You will also drive the success of various projects and initiatives.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, and highly organized, with the ability to handle sensitive matters, mentor team members, and demonstrate a strong commitment to client service and process efficiency. Strong research and privacy skills are also essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:Conduct phone calls with law enforcement agencies to negotiate the scope of overbroad requests, discuss proprietary material processes, and address expressive materials policies.Review and process various types of domestic and international law enforcement requests.Triage incoming mail and physical requests, with a focus on managing email communications.Analyze large legal documents with precision and attention to detail.Identify and flag process inconsistencies or deviations from established playbooks/guidance.Prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal oversight.Collate and manage relevant matter information.Create and produce data for law enforcement when appropriate.Update and maintain information in the client’s systems.Conduct follow-ups on LER requests as required.Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement officials in North America.Train and mentor other team members.Perform any other duties within the scope of work as required by the client.Preferred Skills:Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).Experience working with legal data, document review platforms, or eDiscovery tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Requirements:Juris Doctorate (JD) and/or Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the legal or law enforcement industry.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong multitasking capabilities and attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Full-time availability: 40 hours per week (9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST).Understanding of legal processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Dependent on skill set, education, and experience.Experience:Law enforcement and Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: Remote
