Role Summary:Across the Global Trade Compliance (GTC) Team and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Team there is a joint PMO function, with responsibilities divided into two areas:People, Budgeting & Operational Processes Reporting, Training & Management ResponseThis role is for the Reporting, Training & Management Response PMO. The roleholder will provide program management support to the Global Trade Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering Director and respective Teams. In addition they will interact with the broader Legal team, Outside Councel and internal cross-functional stakeholder groups.Primary Responsibilities:Project ManagementPlanning, coordinating deliverables, status reporting for ad hoc projectsReportingCoordinate and deliver quarterly reportsCoordinate input for Leadership reportsSupport to escalated incidents & eventsTrainingOwn & coordinate Training planTraining material creationCoordination of updates for Computer Based TrainingMonitoring, Audit & Corrective ActionsManagement of Risk Assessment processesManagement of Actions & Remediation planningCoordination of actions from Monitoring, Audit, Investigations or Risk AssessmentKnowledge and Skill Requirement: Program/project management experience, with demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervisionProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word,Strong analytics thinking and problem solving skillsExcellent data presentation and storytelling abilitiesStrong ability to create professional, visually advanced presentations (PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal English communication skills to follow complex discussions, take minutes, document processes and decisions, coordinate both verbally and in writing with various senior stakeholders and articulate requests, questions or support requiredStrong organizational and time management skills, particularly the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage tight deadlines and organize documentsHighly developed coordination skills, adapting approaches to different stakeholders, as necessaryConsulting Experience preferred, but not requiredFamiliarity with Ethics & Compliance programs, structure and policies, preferred, but not required
