And yes - we offer flexible working arrangements so you can thrive personally and professionally.So, what’s the role?As Paralegal, you’ll operate at the heart of our client-journey, working underneath a team of 5-6 lawyers (but alongside your Paralegal peers), while reporting directly to our Legal Admin Team Lead. You’ll be hands-on across files and client touchpoints from “hello” to “next chapter”. You’ll also provide backup support at reception when needed; because at Resolve we believe everyone plays a part, and every role matters.Typical week for you may include:Drafting and preparing court documents, briefs, case outlines and legal correspondence.Assisting with disclosure, discovery, document collation in line with the Family Law Rules.Matter-management: supporting lawyers, managing files, coordinating diaries, preparing court books and chronologies.Liaising directly with clients - gathering information, providing updates, and helping them feel seen, safe, and supported.Coordinating with external stakeholders such as the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and other service providers.Filing and serving documents via court portals, managing e-signatures, version-control, LEAP file oversight and deadline compliance.Covering front-desk/reception backup when required; reception is part of the team, too.Enough about us – let’s talk about you!
