A well-established law firm in Towson, MD is seeking a skilled Estate & Trust Paralegal to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting attorneys in estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, and related matters. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative firm that values professionalism, client service, and long-term growth.ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys with estate and trust administration from opening to closing.Prepare and file probate documents, inventories, accountings, and related court submissions.Draft estate planning documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and trusts.Communicate directly with clients, financial institutions, and government agencies.Manage deadlines, maintain organized case files, and track important dates.Collect, organize, and analyze asset information for estates and trusts.Coordinate signing appointments and ensure all execution requirements are met.Qualifications2+ years of experience as an estate & trust paralegal (law firm experience preferred).Strong understanding of Maryland probate procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritize effectively.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with law-practice software a plus.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.Supportive, team-oriented work environment.The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 – $100,000.
