Roles & ResponsibilitiesDraft legal documents including discovery motions, affidavits, appellate briefs, and trial memoranda.Conduct legal research, case analysis, and summarize data for litigation.Assist in case management, trial preparation, jury instructions, and exhibits.Translate documents and provide Spanish dictation support.Monitor budgets, review litigation expenses, and support attorneys throughout all phases of cases.QualificationsParalegal certification or earned designation required.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Typing speed of at least 50 WPM and strong organizational skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Personal injury experience preferred.Compensation & BenefitsPay range: $26 - $45/hour, commensurate with experience.Generous bonus program.Paid time off and paid holidays.Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and flexible spending accounts.401(k) retirement plan and parking provided.
