This role offers a rare and exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact work within a growing and innovative business.About the roleYou will work on a broad range of legal matters and provide vital commercially focused legal support within a dynamic team and be actively involved with drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents. Responsibilities will include:Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and other legal documents.Supporting matters relating to Data Protection/Privacy, Advertising, Trade Marks/Patents and Employment/HR.Overseeing supplier procurement policies.Assisting in developing, implementing and maintaining internal legal policies.About you You will be a driven individual who is capable of working within a growth environment and looking to take on more responsibility.Strong commercial contracts experience is essential.Ad tech and privacy experience is advantageous.The role will best suit someone who has not yet taken steps towards qualification/SQE and is looking to expand their skillset with a path to progression.If you can work autonomously and collaboratively with team members and key stakeholders, this would be a great opportunity for you.This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal looking to join a fast-paced growing organisation with a path to progression.
