This is your chance to join an international company and take on a key role in the Legal secretariat team.Finance > Vestas Legal, Risk & Compliance > Legal SecretariatThe Legal Secretariat in Vestas Legal, Risk & Compliance situated at the Vestas offices in Copenhagen Towers, is a paralegal function that handles corporate housekeeping and documents across Vestas and manages the formalities relating to signing of documents, in particular sales related documents. The Legal Secretariat further supports several workflows and processes, including the Deal Execution Forum.ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Paralegal within the Legal Secretariat, you will be instrumental in assisting the in-house legal team, utilizing your legal administrative skills. In this versatile position, you will:Work closely with colleagues to manage legal documentationAct as the primary contact for dispute-related matters and provide legal support across multiple areas including SalesBe responsible for maintaining and developing legal templatesAssisting with notarization- and legalization tasksOrganising case-related materialsGeneral administration support (e.g., DocuSign, MitID Erhverv and GDPR) QualificationsTo deliver in this role, we believe that you bring the following experience:Background as legal administrative assistant, paralegal or in business administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)Minimum three years of relevant experience in a legal or corporate environment, including experience in legal administration, case management, or legal operationsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with legal document management systemsHigh-level written and verbal communication skills in Danish and EnglishExperience with supporting legal teams in areas such as disputes, contracts and complianceFamiliarity with Danish legal procedures and documentation standardsCompetencies To thrive is this role, we believe that you recognize yourself in the below:Proficient organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectivelyHigh level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential and sensitive informationThe capability in managing legal databases, document workflows, and digital archiving with accuracy and structureAbility to organize one's own work with a structured approach, while also adept at collaborating with legal and cross-functional teamsProfessional and skillful in representing the legal team when liaising with external counsel, stakeholders, and visitorsDemonstrated ability to seamlessly navigate shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks in a varied, fast-paced legal settingWhat We OfferWe offer an exciting position with great development opportunities in an inspiring environment at the world's leading wind turbine producer.
