Personal Brand Manager – Executive Office

We are looking for a Personal Brand Manager to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be:

Build and execute a personal branding strategy that elevates the visibility and influence of a senior executive;Create compelling, consistent, and high-quality content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, podcast features, interviews, and keynotes;Identify and coordinate opportunities for thought leadership — including media features, podcast appearances, and speaking engagements;Monitor trends in the iGaming, tech, and talent ecosystems to deliver timely, relevant, and strategic narratives;Collaborate with internal teams (communications, design, TA, marketing) to align messaging with company tone and positioning;Track engagement and performance metrics to continuously optimize content strategy. Essential professional experience:

2–4 years of hands-on experience in personal branding, executive communications, or content strategy, ideally within tech, iGaming, or other high-growth industries;Strong portfolio of content creation across social media, short-form video, and written storytelling;Deep understanding of LinkedIn positioning, digital presence building, and modern employer branding tactics;Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple content streams simultaneously;Professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence in handling high-visibility communications;Fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian – both written and verbal;Based in Cyprus or open to relocation (relocation support provided).
