Junior Budget Controller

We are looking for a talented Junior Budget Controller to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be: Initiation of requests for expenditure of funds;Active communication with various departments and hubs of the company regarding expenses and their approval;Participation in payment process:

review payment requests in 1C, ensure correctness of requests and determining whether payment requests are incompliance with budget and internal regulations;Maintenance of supporting documentation (collection, review, expiration etc);Maintenance of Excel/Google sheets cost spreadsheets on daily/monthly basis. Essential professional experience: Higher education in Finance/Accounting/Economics is required;Familiarity with basic Accounting and budgeting principles;Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Knowledge of 1C will be considered as an advantage;Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Ukrainian and English;Knowledge of Russian & Greek language will be considered as an advantage;High attention to details, analytical skills, responsible, positive, team-oriented and all can do attitude;Professional treatment of confidential information.
