Since entering the European market in 2015, LGMG has become one of the fastest-growing AWP brands in Europe.Our European headquarters is located in Dordrecht, the Netherlands.LGMG is looking to hire a Parts Administrator who has a strong background in parts and administrations.Job Purpose:The Parts Administrator plays a key role in supporting our customers and internal teams with all spare parts–related activities.This role focuses on back-office administration, handling customer inquiries about spare parts, processing orders, managing stock availability and pricing, and coordinating logistics and procurement activities.Main Tasks / Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries regarding spare parts identification, pricing, and availability.Process parts sales orders, quotations, and backorders accurately and on time.Arrange transport and shipping documentation for customer deliveries and returns.Manage order confirmations, invoicing coordination, and shipment follow-up.Liaise with suppliers to place purchase orders and track inbound deliveries.Maintain accurate product and pricing data in the parts system (SAP / ERP).Support warranty and return processes, including parts verification and tracking.Monitor inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and avoiding shortages or overstock.Update and maintain parts master data (descriptions, images, technical data, etc.).Generate and maintain administrative reports related to sales, stock, and logistics.Collaborate closely with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order flow.Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned.Job requirements:Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.Customer-oriented mindset with excellent administrative accuracy.Experience in spare parts, logistics, or technical customer service preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).Strong organizational and analytical abilities.Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.Proactive, detail-oriented, and process-minded approach. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSPlease note this vacancy, during the peak season m, may require occasional walking, standing, or lifting (up to 25 kg) when handling parts or packaging, for back-up for the parts warehouse.
