Location                     : Pavilion Embassy. Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur Engagement Period : 1–30 November 2025 Salary                        : RM1,500 Reporting To             : Office Manager, ESG Association of Malaysia Eligibility                   : Malaysians only Start Date                 : ImmediateRoles & Responsibilities·      Provide administrative support for member-related communications and coordination·      Assist with event logistics, RSVP tracking, and vendor liaison·      Respond to general enquiries via email and WhatsApp·      Maintain and update internal records and documentation·      Support Secretariat in day-to-day operational tasks Requirements·      Prior experience in administrative or coordination roles·      Strong communication skills and attention to detail·      Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, and basic Excel/Word tools·      Able to work independently and meet deadlines·      Available to work a minimum of 4 hours per day (Monday to Friday)How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a brief cover letter to: secretariat@esgmalaysia.org
