Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, excellent customer service, general cleaning, and minor maintenance repairs.What Realstar OffersWage range: $21 per hour to $23 per hourGroup health benefits packageAnnual performance based bonusRecognition awards celebrating years of serviceOngoing opportunities for training, growth, and career advancementResponsibilities: General Cleaning Maintain cleanliness of all common areas including foyers, amenity rooms, underground parking garage, locker rooms, patios, and rooftops Knowledge and safe handling of cleaning chemicalsPerform thorough cleaning of vacant units, including appliances, floors, walls, windows, kitchens, washrooms, and balconies, ensuring they are move-in readyDust fire hose cabinets, bells and elevator tracks to minimize excess debris General knowledge and understanding of the safe handling of cleaning materials (WHMIS)Conduct yard maintenance, including picking up loose garbage around the exterior of the property, removing snow and ice, salting entrances, walkways, and rooftop walkwaysRepair of minor maintenance items (i.e. light fixtures, vents, filters, plumbing fixturesMonitor and clean garbage chutes, garbage bins and recycling roomsCollection of garbage and recycling bins in coordination with the city waste scheduleRemoval of garbage items and malfunctioning appliancesCustomer Service Greet and interact with residents in a friendly and professional manner Promote a welcoming atmosphereDemonstrate excellent customer service and a "can-do" attitude Attend to resident concerns and service requests within 24 hoursFollow up with residents to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Handle office administrative tasks, such as processing online applications, creating notices, managing lease renewals, and other duties related to support daily operationsOrganize, promote and execute resident events (i.e. holiday parties & summer barbeques)QualificationsProfessional cleaning experienceExcellent customer service skills Proven track record of performing general cleaning duties and minor maintenance repairs Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to push and move objects exceeding 50 lbs.
