Part-time Corporate Associate

Nivelle Law is growing, and I’m excited to add a part-time Corporate Associate to support my practice. I work with clients ranging from small businesses and founders to high-growth tech companies, investment firms, and buyers/sellers in financings and M&A.I’m looking for someone who is:Extremely sharp, with a top-tier academic background (JD required)Experienced in BigLaw and in-house, with strong judgment and commercial instinctsA very fast learner who is comfortable taking ownership of workstreamsHighly adept at using AI tools to accelerate drafting, diligence, research, and workflowsSeeking flexibility, remote work, and the autonomy to integrate sophisticated legal work into a non-traditional scheduleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailLicensed and in good standing in New YorkThe role will involve supporting a wide variety of corporate matters, including general corporate governance, commercial contracts, venture financings, private equity work, and M&A transactions.If you’re interested—or know someone who might be a great fit—please feel free to reach out or message me directly.
