We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will play a crucial role in attracting top talent, supporting the HR functions, and ensuring a positive employee experience.The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes. This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.Role Type : 3 days Part time onsite at our Sandyford office, Dublin. Role:1. Recruitment:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.- Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms, job boards, and social media channels.- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.- Coordinate and participate in interviews, providing feedback to hiring managers.- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.- Extend job offers and manage the negotiation and acceptance process.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.2. Onboarding and Employee Record Management:- Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training programs.- Ensure accurate and timely completion of employee documentation, such as contracts, benefits enrolment forms, and tax forms.- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.- Support the offboarding process by conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.Skills:- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a similar part-time capacity.- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.- Familiarity with tasks, such as onboarding and employee record management- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other relevant software.- Knowledge of employment regulations, and best practices.Person:We are looking for a positive & motivated person with a “can-do” attitude, a team player with a pro-active approach to getting the job done.
