Join a company that believes in Making Today Great!Work for a Premier Retirement Community and employer in Toronto!Be a part of a team that shares a passion for making a positive impact-see why we are Happier Here™!Location: Remote (occasional in-person meetings at Head Office-3845 Bathurst Street, North York)Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM (3 hours/day)Employment Type: Part-TimeAbout the OpportunityV!VA Retirement Communities is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrative Assistant to support our Home Office Operations team.   This part-time role is ideal for a collaborative, organized, and people-focused professional with a passion for seniors housing and operational excellence.  While primarily remote, occasional visits to our Head Office may be required.What You’ll Do  As a key member of our purpose-driven team, you will:Provide administrative support to the Vice President, Community Experience, and Operations leadersManage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with travel arrangementsPrepare reports, menus, contact lists, and other operational documentsOrganize and maintain digital files and network drivesAssist with planning meetings, booking venues, and coordinating logisticsCreate and distribute agendas and meeting minutesSupport cross-functional projects and initiativesWhat You’ll BringMinimum 3 years of administrative or office experiencePost-secondary education in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesValid driver’s license and access to a vehicleWhy Join V!VA?At V!VA, you’ll make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative, values-driven environment.
