It was founded in 2021 by two sisters and aim to become the global leading brand for business accessories for women.Role DescriptionOur team is growing and we're looking for a student who is in the mid/end of their studies to work on an hourly basis as part of the BY BANOO team, primarily with Operations such as logistics, finance, e-commerce, customer care and admin. This is a great way to gain insights from a fast-growing fashion startup and grow into more mature roles as you develop.Example of tasksCorresponding with our 3PL (warehouse) and solve different problemsUpdating our website with new product infoConducting sales reports and other financial data for book keepingInvoicingCustomer Care through email, chat and social mediaCorresponding with our factories and suppliersOther tasks that may be requestedContent creation behind the scenesAssist at photoshootsHandling returns and claims, including, when applicable, organizing shipments of packages related to thisOther tasks if necessaryQualificationsYou are currently pursuing a university degree and are based in StockholmYou have excellent written communication in both Swedish and English - grammar and spelling come easyYou thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt easilyYou are a DOER, you love to check off the to-do list and get excited to solve problemsYou are service-minded, always having the customer in mind and going the extra mile to give them a great experienceYou love learning new things and actively seek out opportunities to develop professionallyWorking conditionsFlexible working between our office in Vasastan and remote, we want you to spend at least 50% of your time in our office5-10 hours/weekFor the right candidate, this role can evolve into higher responsibilities within the team.If you have any questions, please contact persheng@bybanoo.com.
