Help us turn this vision into a reality.We are looking for talented individuals to join us on our exciting journey to redefine the rental market—from Madrid to the world.About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiter (6 hours per day) to join our growing team. This role is crucial for our expansion, focusing on attracting and hiring top talent across various departments. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruiting process and support key administrative HR functions. What You’ll DoManage the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition opening to offer negotiation and acceptance.Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various platforms (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn).Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers.Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.Handle offer preparation, extension, and negotiation.Coordinate and execute the initial steps of the new hire onboarding process.Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate and job data.Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire) and provide status reports.Manage and organize employee personnel documentation and files.Assist the HR department with scheduling and other administrative tasks as needed.About YouFluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a strong plus).Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for professional environments.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with both candidates and internal stakeholders.Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills to manage documentation and candidate data accurately.________________________________________________________________At Homeclub, we believe in creating a positive and inclusive work environment that empowers our team members to succeed. we’re committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
