Paladin Security is Hiring a Security Guard!Location: Milton, ON, CAPay Rate: $18.82/hourEmployment Type: Part Time (Saturday & Sunday, 7 PM - 7 AM)OverviewEnbridge Gas Milton is a critical energy operations facility dedicated to safety, reliability, and service excellence. As part of Paladin Security's team, you will play a key role in protecting staff, visitors, and infrastructure by conducting patrols, monitoring access, and responding to incidents with professionalism and composure. This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and adherence to site protocols at all times.Responsibilities Demonstrate full understanding and compliance with site security policies and procedures. Maintain a professional and customer service-focused approach with employees, visitors, and contractors. Perform access control duties, monitor CCTV and fire panels, and ensure all systems are operational. Conduct proactive interior and exterior patrols to identify safety or policy breaches. Respond promptly and calmly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents. De-escalate conflicts, provide assistance, and coordinate with police, fire, or medical personnel when necessary. Deliver first aid and manage Lost & Found inquiries in line with company procedures. Complete detailed, accurate incident and patrol reports in a timely manner. Support a safe, respectful, and cooperative work environment. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Security Leadership TeamRequirementsMust Have Full G Class Driver's License and a Clean Driver's Abstract from the last 3 years Proficiency in computer literacy Ability to sit/stand, walk/climb stairs, and push a minimum of 25 lbs First Aid & CPR C certification from a WSIB-approved provider Valid Ontario Security Guard License Proficient in English (oral and written) Legally authorized to work in Canada Available to work overnight shifts on Saturday & Sunday (7 PM - 7 AM) Able to attend pre-employment certification in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) (Training is unpaid but fully covered by Paladin with a 6-month commitment) Nice to Have Minimum 1 year of experience in a security role Diploma or coursework in Police Foundations or another law enforcement-related program BenefitsPaid Time Off Health Care Growth Opportunities Free Uniforms Security License Reimbursement Dry Cleaning & Tailoring Allowance Paid Vacation & Sick Days "Work Today, Get Paid Today" (daily pay) Ongoing training and professional development
