About Us: Dubai Knights RFC is one of Dubai’s fastest-growing rugby communities, a vibrant sports club that celebrates teamwork, performance, and local spirit. The Role: We’re looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence. You’ll help shape the club’s digital voice, grow our audience, and ensure consistent brand storytelling across platforms.What You’ll Do:Develop and manage a monthly content calendar (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)Collaborate with our team to highlight players, matches, partners, and eventsCreate engaging posts, stories, and reels aligned with our brand toneCoordinate sponsor deliverables and ensure brand exposure targets are metTrack performance metrics and suggest improvementsSupport in planning campaign ideas and content shootsWhat We’re Looking For:Strong understanding of social media trends, especially in sports and lifestyleSkilled in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools for content creationExcellent communication and writing skillsPrevious experience managing brand or sports accounts preferredA self-starter who’s proactive, organized, and full of ideasWhat We Offer:Flexible hours (ideal for freelancers or students)Creative freedom within an exciting, fast-moving environmentAccess to Dubai Knights events and communityA chance to grow with one of the UAE’s most dynamic rugby brands
