We look forward to hearing from you as we continue to grow our team!About The RoleWe are looking for a part-time Social Media Specialist to assist our Creative Director and Executive Producer by managing and posting professionally created content across multiple platforms.This is not a content creation role-you will be responsible for posting and managing new content produced by our in-house production team.ResponsibilitiesPost daily content to platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc. (Content will be provided)Communicate daily with the Creative Director and Executive Producer regarding posting schedulesImplement best practices for boosting content and increasing engagementStrategically place content across all platforms for maximum reachMaintain a detailed spreadsheet of release dates, platform info, post links, and ad spendingMonitor and clean inboxes daily across all social platformsRespond to comments and messages promptlyManage and boost YouTube contentCollaborate with the marketing team on content strategyPrepare quarterly and annual analytics reports.RequirementsQualificationsProficiency in managing multiple social media platformsStrong organizational and communication skillsFamiliarity with analytics and reporting toolsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExperience with paid advertising and boosting contentPortfolio and trade references must be available upon requestCompensation will be determined based on candidates' qualifications, portfolio, and trade references
