General Outreach & Venue Relations Specialist

About the Role:ZMM Events is hiring a General Outreach & Venue Relations Specialist to join our growing team. This part-time position (2-3 days per week) focuses on building and maintaining relationships with venues and promoters while identifying new partnership opportunities.You’ll be the backbone of our business development efforts, staying organized, conducting outreach to potential venues and promoters, and serving as a key communicator between our internal team and external partners. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously.What You’ll Do:• Research and reach out to new venues and promoters to evaluate partnership potential• Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective venues about artist lineups, ambassadors, and market trends• Gather and share market intelligence with the team to inform business decisions• Keep detailed records and stay organized with contact management and follow-up schedules• Support the team with information about industry trends and partnership opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking For:• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Strong written and verbal communication abilities• Ability to manage relationships and follow up consistently• Comfortable with research and identifying new business opportunities• Self-motivated and detail-oriented• Experience in sales, business development, or similar roles is a plusCompensation & Timeline:• $20/hour for the first 3 months (paid internship/training period)• Part-time: 2-3 days per week• Successful candidates will transition to a full job offer upon completion of the 3-month evaluation period
