We are looking for a proactive and creative Talent & Brand Executive with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. We want team members who are not just looking for a job, but for a long-term journey.BENEFIT PACKAGEKPI-based commissionStaff credit linesUnexpected assistance fundsVehicle ownership program (SPV level & above)After-life fundsSupportive, international, and collaborative work cultureOpportunities for professional development and career growthWORKING HOURS:This is a part-time, 100% remote position requiring 20-30 hours per week, as follows:Evening shift: 8PM - 12AM Vietnam time (4hours) (GMT +7)Zoom meetings required during working hours.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking).Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.Employer Branding & Employee ExperienceDevelop and implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.Manage recruitment marketing campaigns, including social media, career page, and employee stories.Organize internal and external events (career fairs, networking sessions, company culture activities) to promote our brand.Collaborate with Marketing/Design teams to create engaging content (posts, videos, testimonials) highlighting our culture and opportunities.HR Operations & ProjectsSupport onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate successfully.Assist in HR projects related to engagement, retention, and talent development.Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate satisfaction).Stay updated on talent market trends and employer branding best practices.QUALIFICATIONS:At least 1 year experience in HR, Recruitment, Management or related fieldExcellent English written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, and AI platforms.Able to handle confidential information with discretion.Proactive, detail-focused, and open to feedback and learning.Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook recruitment, or applicant tracking systems.Interest in internal communications, culture building, or branding.
