IGT's Digital Engineering team collaborates closely with our customer’s business & technology teams to take solutions faster to market while sustaining quality while focusing on business value and improving overall end-Customer ExperienceCreate and develop an effective sales strategy / sales penetration and acquire new customers for IGTOverall 18+ years of experience with a strong experience in Travel, Airline domainExtend and develop a portfolio of IGT IT services businessAssess client IT needs and make recommendations including IT Services and SolutionsPrepare sales visits and presentations to pitch IGT IT service, solutions and combination service package to customersDemonstrate IT Services / solution to highlight benefitsNegotiate sales and long-term contracts with customersProvide technical advice after salesEstablish sales goals and implement a plan to meet those goalsTrack progress toward goals and document sales performanceBecome fluent in IGT services and solutionsAnswer questions, describe benefits, and discuss pros and cons of various services/ solutions.Gain familiarity with the IT industry, and stay updated on trends and innovative productsAssist in creating marketing literature and web-based features to promote services products and solutionsAttend trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products and salesWork for technology manufacturers, software manufacturers, IT consultancies, and technology solutions organizationsBuild and maintain good relationship with customersConduct in-depth research to identify market opportunitiesExamine the IT requirements of customers / market and help teams in making the pitchHas a decent experience on selling IT solutions / Products – mapping to customer needs and driving the customer salesExperience with Global Delivery Model with demonstrated knowledge of processes and methodologiesAbility to present at senior levels, and executive levelsAbility to work with diverse client & IGT teams in various service lines, across multiple time zones.Working knowledge & awareness of the latest software engineering methodologies & technologies including Agile, DevOps, Quality Engineering / Testing, Cloud Computing (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, EaaS), Data Science & Analytics to be able to engage client stakeholders at all levelsStrong preference for a consulting experienceStrong CommunicationAbility to multitask and prioritizeExcellent interpersonal skillsAttention to detailIGT Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and we make sure all of our employees around the globe are comfortable bringing their authentic self to work each day.Please share your resume at varun.singhal@igtsolutions.com
