We collaborate with global enterprises and fast-growing innovators to accelerate their success through cloud-native solutions, modernization, and joint go-to-market programs with AWS.Our partnerships with hyperscalers like AWS are key to SoftServe’s growth strategy - and we’re expanding our Partner Sales organization to deepen our AWS relationship and drive revenue growth across EMEA.We’re looking for an AWS Partner Sales Executive who will lead joint sales motions, enable field collaboration, and shape the partner ecosystem strategy in the DACH region and across Europe.IF YOU’REA strategic partner sales professional with 6-10 years of experience in partner sales, strategic alliances, or business development - ideally in the AWS ecosystemFluent in German and English (C1+), comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and field teams across regionsExperienced in executing joint business plans, building trusted multi-level relationships, and managing partner pipelines and forecastsSkilled in co-selling motions, go-to-market strategy, and joint sales plays that create new revenue streams and expand market reachAdept at analyzing data and performance, providing actionable insights to leadership and partnersCollaborative and influential across marketing, sales, and product teams - driving enablement and alignment at scaleWilling to travel up to 30% to partner, client, and internal meetings across regionsAND YOU WANT TOArchitect and execute joint sales plays and campaigns with AWS to open new revenue opportunitiesManage and report on partner pipeline and performance, providing data-driven insights for strategic decisionsLead partner enablement, training, and co-sell programs to elevate the AWS partner ecosystemAdvocate for partner needs internally, ensuring engagement and recognition within SoftServe’s go-to-market teamsParticipate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and field alignment sessions to strengthen collaborationInfluence marketing and product teams with feedback and insights from the field to improve AWS-aligned messagingTOGETHER WE WILLStrengthen SoftServe’s strategic AWS alliance and expand our joint market impactBuild a scalable, high-performing partner ecosystem that drives measurable growthAlign with AWS teams to deliver joint customer success and increased partner-influenced revenueEnhance our go-to-market strategy through shared insights, innovation, and collaborationDemonstrate the value of partnership through data, results, and long-term business impactQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)Certifications in Strategic Partnerships, Alliance Management, or AWS Partner Sales Accreditation (CSAP, CA-AM, SPPC, AWS Partner Accreditation, or Microsoft Partner Sales Specialist) are a plusProven track record of success in partner-driven sales programs or campaignsStrong commitment to client success and business growth through strategic collaborationAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, or protected veteran status.
