Partnership and Business Development Manager - LAFWA Records

Overview: We’re looking to partner with someone who is passionate about Christian music and motivated to help build a Christ-centered brand from the ground up. The Partnership & Business Development Manager will be instrumental in expanding the reach, influence, and sustainability of LAFWA Record — identifying partnership opportunities, securing strategic alliances, and helping us build a strong foundation for long-term impact. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something deeply purposeful, rooted in faith, creativity, and community. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pitch, and secure brand and business partnerships that align with the mission of LAFWA Record • Develop and maintain relationships with potential sponsors, collaborators, studios, platforms, and service providers • Research and recommend growth opportunities within the Christian music, media, and event spaces • Work closely with the label founder and marketing team to align partnerships with campaigns and artist releases • Collaborate with artists to seek potential brand alignment or tour/event opportunities • Help secure studio partnerships, merch collabs, and strategic label alliances • Build proposals, pitch decks, and partnership outlines to present to prospects • Help shape the label’s early infrastructure around business development and industry positioningSkills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of business development, branding, or partnerships in a creative or music-related field • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Visionary, self-starter, and excited to build something meaningful from scratch • Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing relationships • Passionate about Christian music, faith-based creativity, and purpose-driven work • Comfortable creating proposals, professional emails, and decks to present ideas • Networker at heart — you enjoy connecting the dots between people, brands, and opportunitiesBonus If You Have:

This is a builder-stage role — not a salaried position at this time.
