Every season, thousands of visitors gather to enjoy the magic of cinema under the open sky, complemented by a tailor-made pre-show featuring live music, dance performances, and other artistic acts. Our season runs from July to September, in collaboration with a variety of partners and featuring a broad range of on-site activations throughout our events.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Partnerships & Community Manager to join the Sunset Cinema team. You’ll play a key role in managing our partnerships, managing social media channels, growing our community, and supporting the team with various tasks.PartnershipsManage existing partnershipsImplement & plan partnership packages and coordinate all deliverablesCreate communication calendars for partnersOrganise all partner materials and assetsCoordinate with the on-site technical teamResearch and contact new partnership prospectsCommunitySet up and manage a social media content calendarPlan and create engaging posts & newslettersPrepare post visuals and graphic designs (in collaboration with the graphic team)Develop creative ideas to grow the communityManage the Instagram profile and engage with followersCapture and repost visitor stories during eventsManage LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social channelsBonus SkillsExperience taking photos or videos with a digital cameraBasic Video editing skillsWhat are we looking forIndependent and reliable work ethicExcellent organisation and attention to detailCreative mindset with strong initiativeAbility to keep an overview, even under pressureExperience with Canva, Illustrator or PhotoshopWork Hours9:00 – 18:00 at Office in Luxembourg City
