We are growing our presence across the not-for-profit sector and are seeking a Partnership Development Lead to help establish and develop long-term client relationships.This is a strategic new business development role, for a confident, credible and consultative professional who thrives on building relationships and delivering measurable results.Role Responsibilities- Develop and deliver partnership growth strategies across the not-for-profit sector- Engage senior HR, L&D, OD and leadership stakeholders- Lead the full business development cycle from prospecting to contract agreement- Prepare structured proposals and presentations based on organisational needs- Collaborate with psychologists and consultants on solution design- Manage pipeline, forecasting and reporting- Represent Wharton Global at relevant sector events and forumsCandidate Profile- Experienced in business development, partnerships or consultancy sales- Skilled in relationship-led and consultative stakeholder engagement- Confident presenting to senior audiences and influencing decision makers- Commercially focused with a commitment to purpose and positive organisational outcomes- Interest in people development, leadership and workplace psychologyBenefits- £35,000 to £50,000 base salary- Uncapped commission with OTE of £100,000+- 30 days annual leave plus public holidays- Flexible working arrangements- Enhanced parental leave and wellbeing support- Structured professional development and progression opportunitiesHow to ApplyFor an informal and confidential conversation about the role, or to request the candidate pack, contact us via LinkedIn or email careers@wharton.global
