Overview: Partnership Employment is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Transcriptionist for our growing client. This is a fully remote role but the candidate must reside in Texas or Alabama. The Medical Transctiptionist will accurately transcribe and edit medical reports dictated by healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of medical terminology, excellent listening skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Listen to and transcribe audio recordings from physicians and other healthcare providers. Edit and proofread transcriptions for accuracy, grammar, and clarity. Ensure compliance with healthcare documentation standards and HIPAA regulations. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Submit completed documents within required deadlines. Qualifications: Proven experience as a medical transcriptionist or similar role. Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy. Excellent typing speed and attention to detail. Familiarity with transcription software and electronic health records (EHR).
