The primary goal of this role is to secure and maintain partnerships that expand Grameenphone's digital content offerings, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth. This role involves identifying and negotiating with key partners, integrating their content into Grameenphone’s services, and ensuring that all partnerships align with the company’s strategic objectives and customer needs. This role will work closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategies that maximize value from these partnerships, fostering innovation and maintaining Grameenphone’s competitive edge in the digital content space.ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to identify potential content partners aligned with Grameenphone’s strategic goals.Initiate discussions and build relationships with key decision-makers at prospective partner companies.Negotiate favorable terms and agreements that maximize mutual benefits and align with Grameenphone’s objectives.Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration of partner content.Facilitate regular communication and collaboration with partners to address challenges and identify growth opportunities.Develop training and support materials to help partners understand Grameenphone’s ecosystem and customer base.Develop and implement performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of each partnership.Conduct regular reviews with partners to discuss performance, share insights, and identify opportunities for improvement.Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitive benchmarks to gain insights into partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.Establish a continuous feedback loop with partners to share insights, best practices, and foster a collaborative optimization approach.Adjust partnership strategies based on data-driven analysis to enhance content quality and customer engagement.Regularly engage with partners to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.Develop joint initiatives and co-marketing campaigns that strengthen partnership bonds and drive mutual growth.Manage conflicts and resolve issues proactively to maintain a positive and productive partnership environment.Identify new and emerging content providers and explore potential partnerships.Evaluate and prioritize potential partners based on strategic fit, customer demand, and market trends.Develop innovative partnership models that cater to diverse customer preferences and market dynamics.Education & SkillBachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Project management/ Agile certification will be an advantageUnderstanding of telco-digital product, product lifecycle & GTM management, existing technology capabilities and future requirements preferredUnderstanding of competition landscape, regulatory environment, consumer insight, industry & global benchmarking preferredExperienceAt least 4-6 years in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within the telecom or digital content industry.Experience in working with the content industryExperience in business strategy developmentExperience in conducting analysis using dataset
