You will manage end-to-end partner relationships while orchestrating cross-functional projects to ensure successful implementation and ongoing optimization of insurance solutions. This dual role requires both strategic account management skills and operational project management expertise to deliver great value to our partners.🎯 Your MissionAs part of the Partnerships team, you will oversee projects during the deployment phase through to go-live, following these key steps:Define and implement the project plan (identify key stakeholders, propose a deployment schedule aligned with internal capacity).Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful delivery (monitor timelines and quality, identify bottlenecks, and secure necessary decisions to move projects forward).Act as the main operational point of contact for partners, working in close collaboration with the Business Developer managing the client account.Provide regular reporting to governance bodies on project progress.Present the project for the top-management to validateEscalate issues and key risks, propose and/or track associated action plans.You will also contribute to the continuous improvement, digitalization & formalisation of processes within your scope:Define, document, and implement processes evolutionsIdentify inefficiencies and suggest improvements or tools in a continuous improvement mindsetContribute to the digitalisation of the processImprove the efficiency by implementing & using AI agentsAs Account manager, you will develop and monitor the commercial relationships with our partnersAct as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of distibution partners, building strong, trust-based relationshipsUnderstand partners' business objectives and challenges to identify growth opportunitiesConduct regular business reviews and coordinate internal expertises to share a global view of the partnershipCollaborate with Revenue and Underwriting teams to support upselling and cross-selling initiatives🧠 What You BringEducated to Master's degree level (Bac +5) from a business or engineering school or university, our future Partnerships Project Manager will:Have 3 to 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in a digital environment within insurance, consulting, or financial services — prior experience in the insurance industry would be a strong advantage.Be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Enjoy working collaboratively in a dynamic environment, while being autonomous and proactive.Demonstrate pragmatism, resilience, and adaptability, with a strong background in project management and a keen interest in digital transformation and AI adoption & empowerment.Be fluent in English, Italian & French (both written and spoken)✨ Who You AreNaturally curious and analyticalYou take full ownership of your projects, from ideation to implementationYou're a clear communicator, able to simplify technical concepts for all stakeholdersYou are a collaborative team player with strong leadership capabilities in a cross-functionnal environmentYou're motivated to share your knowledge and mentor othersYou're flexible and adapt well to a fast-paced, agile environment✨ AIAt Wakam, AI and automation are transforming the insurance experience.
