Singlife is growing at an exceptional rate driven by a growing portfolio of partnerships with platforms like GCash, where we make our meaningful insurance propositions more accessible to the wider market.JOB OVERVIEWWe are expanding our team and looking for a Partnerships Manager who will play a critical role in growing our distribution business through strategic partnerships. This role will be responsible for building and managing high-impact partnerships with fintechs, e-commerce platforms, digital banks, wallets, telcos, and other ecosystem playersRESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIESDevelop and Execute Distribution StrategiesIdentify, onboard, and manage distribution partners (e.g., fintechs, e-commerce platforms, super apps, banks, wallets, telcos).Define and execute go-to-market strategies for each partnership, ensuring a smooth launch and sustainable revenue growth.Lead the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from prospecting and negotiation to integration and optimization.Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Digital Platforms/ Tech teams to design seamless customer journeys that improve adoption and engagement.Partner Relationship Management and Business GrowthEstablish and maintain strong, strategic relationships with digital partners to drive customer acquisition and premium growth.Develop and monitor joint business plans with partners, ensuring alignment on revenue and growth targets.Drive initiatives to increase partner activation, customer engagement, and retention.Conduct regular business reviews to track performance, identify gaps, and co-create growth strategies.Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics such as conversion rates, engagement, claims, and productivity contribution per partner.Industry and Competitive InsightsStay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that impact digital insurance distribution.Benchmark against competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.Explore and pilot new digital distribution models, such as embedded insurance, micro-insurance, and usage-based offerings.QUALIFICATIONSEducation level: Bachelor’s DegreeYears of Experience: 5+ years experience in digital partnerships, business development, or strategic distribution, preferably in insuretech, fintech, digital banking, payments, or e-commerce.Skills and Characteristics: Strong commercial acumen, with proven experience in contract negotiations, revenue modeling, and partnership structuring.Experience working with API integrations, embedded insurance, or digital ecosystems is a plus.Deep understanding of customer acquisition, engagement, and digital growth strategies.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and external partners.Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset—comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.Product Management, Project Management, Product Delivery, Business Management
