Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development and Partnerships Lead to join our team as a key collaborator. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong network and proven sales acumen to directly impact our agency's growth and share in its success. This role is not a salaried position but is structured as a pure revenue-share model on successful client engagements, with the exciting prospect of a future equity partnership based on performance and mutual alignment.Responsibilities:Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and close new client opportunities for software development projects across various industries.Lead Generation: Proactively research and generate qualified leads through various channels (networking, cold outreach, referrals, online platforms, etc.).Partnership Development: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with complementary businesses or industry influencers to generate referral pipelines.Proposal Development: Collaborate with our technical team to understand client needs and create compelling proposals and presentations.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, acting as a primary point of contact for business development.Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Brand Representation: Effectively communicate our agency's value proposition, expertise, and success stories to potential clients and partners.Strategic Input: Provide valuable insights and feedback to the leadership team on sales strategies, market positioning, and service offerings.Ideal Partner Profile:Proven Track Record: Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within the software, IT services, or digital agency industry.Strong Network: Existing network of potential clients or industry contacts who require software development services.Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, negotiate, and close deals.Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-Motivated & Entrepreneurial: Highly self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently to achieve targets without direct supervision.Understanding of Software Development: Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and common technologies is a strong plus, enabling effective communication with clients and our technical team.Results-Oriented: A strong focus on achieving measurable results and a commitment to shared success.Collaborative Spirit: Eagerness to work as a true partner, contributing to the overall strategic direction and growth of the agency.Compensation:Revenue Share: A competitive percentage of the revenue generated from each client engagement successfully brought in by the partner. Specific percentages will be discussed and agreed upon based on experience and the nature of the deals.
