Job Description
Key Responsibilities:● Manage and develop existing partnerships to maximize revenue and engagement. ● Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns and promotions. ● Analyze partnership performance and provide recommendations for improvement. ● Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and developments ● Fully own the partner portfolio. ● Dealing with different dealers, do details product analyze on each model they purchase and optimize their product portfolio to increase the business amount and company profit ● Identify the bottle neck (both commercially and technically) and coordinate with relative dept. or companies to solve the issues. ● Keep updated with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activity ● Setting up and implementing routine training plan for partner and their customers; Weekly and Monthly reporting on sales KPIs and also meeting minutes. ● Manage certain direct transaction customers on orders and deliveries efficiently. ● Working on sales and revenue targets as set by the Channel Sales Head/Country Manager. ● Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Line Manager. ● Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications specific to our industry and maintaining personal networks to update on the latest technologies. ● professional publications specific to our industry and maintaining personal networks to update on the latest technologies. Qualifications:● Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales.● Proven track record of developing and maintaining successful partnerships.● Experience in negotiating and closing partnership agreements.● Solid network within the MENA region; ● SAbility to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners and key stakeholders.● Demonstrated experience in managing key accounts and driving long-term value.● Fast learning on new products &solutions, be able to close deal with partners by discussing on specific products and solution requirements; ● Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; ● Persistent and pro-active; ● Ability to track the performance of partnerships and ensure goals and KPIs are being met.● Regular reporting and analysis of partnership performance to senior management.● Strong public speaking, multi-tasking and time management skills.
