We provide access to exclusive discounts, perks, and cultural benefits to more than 1 million users in France through our platform, and we’re now ready to bring the experience to the UK market.We’re looking for a strategic, driven, and entrepreneurial Partnerships manager to lead our UK market entry and build a world-class partner ecosystem from the ground up🎯 Your MissionAs our first hire in the UK for partnerships, you will:Define and execute the UK partnership strategy aligned with our go-to-market objectivesIdentify, pitch, and close strategic deals with key brands (retail, travel, lifestyle, entertainment, etc.)Build long-term win-win relationships with partners and continuously optimize their performanceWork hand-in-hand with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams (FR & UK) to localize and scale our offerRepresent Club Employés at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in the UKLay the foundations for the UK partnership team and potentially lead hires in the futureStart to generate income for the company as soon we get our first client💡 About YouNative-level English speaker with deep knowledge of the UK consumer and benefits landscapeexperience in partnerships, business development, or strategic salesProven deal-closer with a strong network in lifestyle, retail, travel or entertainment sectorsYou think strategically but love getting your hands dirty – a true builder mindsetComfortable working autonomously in a scale-up environmentPassion for employee experience, perks, and the future of work is a big plus🧭 Recruitment Process 👫Video Interview (30–45 min) An informal conversation to get to know you, your background, and what drives you.Manager Interview (45–60 min) With Charlotte, our Head of Partnerships France – focused on hard & soft skills, team fit, and deeper insights into the role and the team.A discussion with our CEO and members of the UK team to align on vision, ambition, and long-term fit
