The Parts Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying, sourcing, and purchasing Toyota parts and accessories. Day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, handling dealer management systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Qualifications Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skillsExperience with Dealer ManagementStrong Communication skillsAbility to manage Inventory ControlAttention to detail and organizational skillsExperience in the automotive industry is a plus
