Job Description

Key Outputs Correctly identify the needs of the customer Parts Technical Process parts orders and backorders efficiently and effectively Provide feedback and status updates to the customer Actively sell parts to customers – Tele Sales and pick up on leads for potential sale Liaise with customers to generate quotes and follow with reason for rejections to be analysed Follow up on all parts outstanding and provide/communicate progress to the customer, daily Create credit returns in line with the credit return policy Maintain all back orders and sales linked to outstanding purchase orders Handling of Cash Sales / Credit Card Sales Relate to all SAP and CRM transactions / Internal and External customers Following up on open quotesQualification, Experience And Competencies Minimum Requirements: Grade 12. At least 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role Relationship building skills. Very good business communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail, ability to process orders accurately and timeously. Telemarketing / ISR Skills and telephone Etiquette Passion for the brand, ability to diffuse difficult situations effectively and Handling Difficult Customers Ability to provide options. / Knowledge of BWE Parts System / Cat Systems Mechanical understanding, basic business and financial acumen. Valid Driver’s License Performing After hours / Stand By duties BWE SAP SD Knowledge and Experience/ Cat parts Systems
