Assist in helping organise and deliver workshops or assemblies on topics like mental health, resilience and peer relationships. Collaboration and Communication Act as a liaison between pupils, teachers and parents to ensure cohesive support for pupils. Attend pastoral team meetings and contribute insights on pupil well-being, behaviour patterns, or safeguarding concerns. Help with parental communication for after-school detentions Crisis and Safeguarding Support Assist in monitoring pupils at risk (e.g., attendance issues, behavioural changes) under the supervision of senior pastoral staff. Support safeguarding procedures by documenting concerns and following school protocols for reporting. Data and Record-Keeping Maintain confidential records of pastoral interactions, interventions, and pupil progress. Assist in analysing data (e.g., attendance, behaviour logs) to identify trends and recommend proactive support strategies. Pupil Engagement and Activities Help organise extracurricular activities, clubs, or peer-support groups to foster inclusivity and community. Participate in school events (e.g., retreats, camps) to build rapport with pupils and model positive behaviour.
