The Pastry Arts Instructor will maintain instructional methodology consistent with YTI Career Institute's learning model and to tailor course materials to the levels and needs of individual students that will ultimately cause students to develop employable skills leading them to jobs that are commensurate with student ability and employer expectation.Our Faculty Members…Have high energy level and ability to engage studentsHave excellent presentation skillsLearn our practice and strategies quicklyReceive and respond to ongoing training, development, and feedbackMentor and help guide students of all levels achieve their bestPosition RequirementsGED or High School Diploma required; Associate degree in Pastry Arts preferredMinimum 3 years' work experience in the Pastry Arts field requiredAbility to use common software programs (MS Word/Excel/Outlook etc.)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsGreat interpersonal skillsAbout Our CompanyYTI Career Institute, a subsidiary of Porter and Chester Institute, is a trade school for over 75 years and adheres to one basic vision: to educate and train our students to the level that will make them competent employees.
