As we expand with our new bakery production hub in Herlev, we’re looking for a skilled Pastry Chef to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated production space focused on quality and creativity.Your RoleAs a Pastry Chef at Cadence Bakery, you’ll work alongside our head baker and pastry team to produce a range of laminated products. You’ll be involved in early-morning baking, finishing filled and decorated pastries, and contributing to product development as we expand our offering.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce laminated and classic patisserie products to a high and consistent standardPrepare and bake morning pastries and other pastry-based itemsMake creams, custards, fillings, and glazes as part of daily productionAssist with shaping, baking, and finishing pastry productsSupport new product development through testing and creative inputMaintain cleanliness, organization, and consistency in the pastry sectionWhat We’re Looking ForFormal training or strong experience in pastry and laminationSkilled in working with creams, mousses, and classic patisserie techniquesA passion for precision and beautiful presentationStrong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under time pressureA collaborative, positive attitude and comfort with early morningsJoin us as we build something new and exciting.
