In this role, you will assist in preparing a wide variety of desserts and baked goods while maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation, and quality. If you have a flair for pastry and a love for the kitchen, we’d love to hear from you!💼 Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and production of pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods.Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.Ensure the pastry section is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.Work closely with senior chefs and team members to learn and grow in your culinary career.Maintain proper hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.Support with plating and service of desserts during meal times.Report any equipment issues or food shortages promptly.Adhere to RIU’s culinary and service standards at all times.✔️ Qualifications And SkillsPrevious experience in a pastry kitchen or culinary training is preferred.Passion for baking and creativity in dessert presentation.Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and kitchen operations.Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Team player with a positive attitude and sense of responsibility.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.🌟 Why Join RIU Hotels & Resorts?Your Growth is Our Priority: We are committed to nurturing talent from within.
