If you have experience as a Business Development Manager and a proven ability to deliver results in a competitive environment, you are the right person to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Baltic markets (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania);Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with new partners and clients;Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients;Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs to shape business strategies;Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, financial, technical) to align business goals;Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics;Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences in and outside the region.

RequirementsExperience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role (ideally in industry);Strong understanding of the Baltic industry markets;Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills;Ability to work independently and deliver results in a competitive environment;Fluent in English and at least one Baltic language (Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian);Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
