We are looking for a Patient Advocacy Intern to join our External Affairs team.In this collaborative, entry-level role, you will get a chance to learn important skills and gain professional experience by working on the implementation of the patient advocacy strategy and action-plan. You will support the Vaccines Policy & Patient Advocacy Manager, assist in coordinating and executing patient-focused initiatives, managing logistics, and contributing to the development of meaningful relationships with Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs).Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of the patient advocacy plan, ensuring timely delivery of activities and milestones.Assist in implementing necessary procedural steps in each respective engagement with PAGs. Support logistics and procedural steps for internal and external patient engagement projects, including internal registering, scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-up.Contribute to the development of communication materials, presentations, and reports related to patient advocacy initiatives.Assist in organizing internal and external meetings, workshops, about patient engagement.Support internal coordination across functions (e.g. compliance, communications, medical affairs) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of agreed patient advocacy activities.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for innovative patient engagement approaches.Ensure proper documentation and archiving of project deliverables and learnings.Competencies & SkillsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor/Master degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Communications, Public policy, or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.Strong organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);Experience with project management tools is a plus.Collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn.Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.Why join us?Gain hands-on experience in patient advocacy and health policy in Greece.
